Serre Chevalier France

Another amazing week at a new Club Med with Pierre Jean and his management team. The club was nice and new and in a great location for easily exploring the station as well as many hikes and chair lifts. The Club has an amazing pool so it felt like both a Summer Club and a Mountain Club in one, which was a nice surprise. Sophie in rooms is second to none…so professional, lovely and always smiling. My kids love Killian and I truly believe he loves his job and it shows…he makes every interaction special. Shout out to both Paul’s at the bar who made great drinks! Lastly Chloe in Mini Club was super helpful and always smiling!

Rooms are large with great views and breakfast and lunch were amazing, dinner just average. Pierre Jean always made breakfast fun.

Lastly, the hikes! Not speaking French we were always nervous to do them but thanks to Sophie she convinced us to go and the guides were amazing and very inclusive!

Already looking forward to our return next year!

Everyone in the kids club was amazing. They are so kind, they take care super well with the kids. Our daughter enjoy her time a lot. The activities are interesting and fun for kids. The team of the hotel is so welcoming and professional. The food also so delicious. We had a great time as a family.

In all so good and advise to go

Rooms are good, food is moderate, not bad, just average but the sports team is magnificent. The person running the bike atelier is a genius with bikes. The atmosphere in the lobby, restaurant & bar is good although I prefer it in the winter. The mountain biking was for me a positive eye opener, I will definitely go back to a club in the mountains during summer, it gave me almost the same trill as skiing in the winter.
Bar is good, more than enough choice. Overall I would give it a score 5 if the food was a bit better. Price/quality in the summer is actually rather good if you use the facilities.

Alexandre and Jules had a wonderful time with Killian’s fantastic kids club team! Despite the fact that it was the last week of the season, their enthousiasm, professionalism and kindness were extraordinary! From hosting pre- and post-ski activities to performing on stage, always with full energy. Thank you to all 🩵
