Overall a great stay. The choice of activities was varied and fun.
Food - the buffet at the main restaurant always had many enjoyable options, and the other restaurants were pleasant and also had great choices.
Fitness - I want to specifically call out Sandry, who was the best Step, Zumba and Aquagym instructor we could have hoped for. She is always energetic and positive and makes everyone feel welcome at all levels. Her enthusiasm is contagious and pushes everyone to try their hardest!
Thanks to Tarik and Nelson as well for keeping a good banter and helping us connect with other guests.
Location - super conveniently located, only 20min from the airport. The resort is really big and it can feel like you’re leaving the resort just by experiencing the different « neighborhoods » where each have their dedicated activities and restaurants.

Excellent in every way All the staff are amazing. Made new friends here very easily. Francisco, bartender at Taco Arte makes the best drinks. Sailing club with Lalo was awesome. So much to do and see here. We are definitely coming back to Club Med Cancun and soon

We just returned from an unforgettable trip to Club Med Cancun, and it exceeded every expectation for our family of five. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and stress-free. We had connecting rooms, which gave us the perfect mix of space and togetherness. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-located within the resort.

What really made this trip special was the range of sports and activities. Whether it was sailing, pickleball, trapeze, snorkeling, beach volleyball, or fitness classes—there was something for everyone. Our kids had a blast trying new things each day, and the G.O. staff spin ally Tarik made everything fun, safe, and easy to join.

The family time we had was priceless. With everything included, we could relax and enjoy ourselves without worrying about logistics. The food was solid with lots of options (and something even the picky eaters liked), and the nightly entertainment added a fun vibe to our evenings.

Highly recommend Club Med Cancun and Tarik for families looking for an active, all-inclusive vacation with a great atmosphere and unforgettable memories. We’ll be back!

Club Med Cancun stands out for its exceptional service. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness significantly enhance the vacation experience. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warmth and a genuine willingness to assist with any need. Whether it's the attentive bartenders, the engaging sports instructors, or the housekeeping staff, everyone contributes to a welcoming atmosphere. The level of personalized care ensures that each guest feels valued and well-cared for, making for a truly memorable and stress-free getaway. The service alone is a compelling reason to return. My favorite staff member was Tarik as he was super helpful and friendly.

I’ve been going to Club Med resorts for almost 30 years, and this trip has been a standout! Currently writing this before leaving in 2 days (of an 8 day stay), but decided to leave this review as we are talking about how impressed we’ve been with our experience.

Traveling as a multi-generational family with my husband, our baby, and my parents. We’ve come to expect great value, quality, and amazing locations from Club Med as a general rule. But the entire team here at Cancun has really been the highlight of our trip! Several of the “GO Team” have made an impression on us: Berkan is like a lifelong friend and Audrey who always greets with a smile, also Hamza at the bar, Lalo at Sailing who is always super cool and fun, D is a sweet soul who became an instant friend to us and our baby, Franky at reception who had gone above and beyond to accommodate our every need, Pajama at archery is the funniest and so nice, and all the others…but also the local GE Staff is one of the BEST we’ve ever seen. With our baby and my elderly parents who sometimes need extra help, a special THANK YOU to the lifeguard at the Aquamarina pool who will always run over immediately to bring them an umbrella and help them with moving chairs, and to the main beach lifeguard who will hold their hands to help them in and out of the ocean, and all the amazing shuttle drivers who are so friendly to us and always help them on and off — these people are truly ANGELS, and have made such a HUGE impact on making us feel safe and being able to relax (so we don’t have to worry like we normally would)!!! We have been blown away by how friendly, warm, and helpful the entire staff at this resort have been, and could not have imagined better service on a vacation.

You can buy luxury accommodations (which this resort offers), but the genuine human touch to really take care of people is more than money can buy, and the team at this resort does it exceptionally and without hesitation!!! THANK YOU CLUB MED CANCUN TEAM <3
