Punta Cana Dominican Republic

This was our fourth vacation at Club Med Punta Cana, and once again, the resort reminded us why we keep coming back.

I don’t want to mention individual names because I would be afraid of forgetting someone. The truth is, every single person at this resort contributes to making it such a special place. From the General Manager and the Chief of Cuisine to the G.O. team, restaurant staff, bar staff, housekeeping, sports teams, and everyone working behind the scenes — the people are what make Club Med Punta Cana incredible.

Before this trip, we had some miscommunication with the Club Med office, and it left us a little disappointed. But the moment you arrive at the resort, all of that disappears. The atmosphere, the energy, and especially the staff completely change your experience.

You feel welcomed, looked after, and genuinely happy to be there. After four visits, it already feels familiar to us, almost like coming back to a place where people are happy to see you again.

The food, service, activities, atmosphere, and overall experience were once again excellent, but what really stands out is the team. A beautiful resort can be built anywhere, but it takes great people to give it a soul.

Thank you to everyone at Club Med Punta Cana for another wonderful vacation. This is definitely not our last visit.

perfect location, very good vibes, The area is like paradise. the rooms are comfy and big enough, the design is modern and look luxurious. the amenities are multiples, you can workout, snorkel, go fishing, swim, have a bus tour to the old cities, and others activities...

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the Club Med Punta Cana. There were no complaints whatsoever. As a tennis enthusiast, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Javier and Germain for their warm welcome, their kindness, and their extensive knowledge and tennis lessons. My wife and I can’t wait to be back.

This is our forth time in Club Med Punta Cana. It feels like a second home for us. The GOs and staff are so welcoming, professional, efficient and attentive to details that we keep coming every year. The location, rooms, atmosphere, food, service and the mini club are all great. It's a great value and it makes you feel on vacation from the start. We start with the guest relations GOs Fabie, Sephara, Leika and Rajaa — you made us feel so welcoming with your heartwarming smiles, your professionalism and attention to details which made the all difference during our stay. A very special thanks to Nella who is always there making sure things go smooth during our vacation. Cristel thank you so much for always welcoming us at Tiara and your amazing performances. We cannot thanks enough Chef Mario, Executive Chef Virginie, Sous Chef Franklin Jose Rodriguez, Sous Chef Edwin, Wilson, Chef Pastelaria Luís, Marino and Sous Chef Ewin for the amazing food. For breakfast, lunch, dinner, and our wedding anniversary you spoiled us with heartwarming dishes. The service at the restaurants Hispaniola, El Mundo and Indigo were welcoming and efficient. Special thanks to Maritza, Nairobi and Juan Pablo manager restaurant at Hispaniola for always welcoming us with a smile and joy. At El Mundo Juan, Ramon, Eddy, Raul ,and Johnny the restaurant manager were amazing, always making sure we get a good table and everything we needed during our dinner. You guys are amazing. At 6-7 years old Mini Club, special thanks to John, Vladimir, Peterson, Fabiola, Lilie, Samuel, Lounedia, and Wisline. You guys are amazing professionals who made our daughter's stay at Mini Club an unforgettable experience. Arthur the family manager, Flo the supervisor for Mini and Juniors and Davison Mini and Juniors manager —you guys are outstanding. Thank you for your professionalism, patience, support and understanding. You guys rock. A special 'thank you' to Alina at Indigo bar for her amazing margaritas. For the entertainment, Yusuf the choreographer — unbelivable shows which made our evenings exceptional. All this was possible thanks to the amazing leadership skills and professionalism of the chief of the village Abdel. You all made your stay an unforgettable one. Thank you.

We had an excellent experience at Club Med. It was beautiful, relaxing, and a fun time.

We also had amazing help from Jerry. He was welcoming, helpful, and always available. Lui ci ha aiutato anche in italiano. Lo parla benissimo ed è stato molto ospitevole. Grazie ancora Jerry di tutto!
