Great staff who make sure you have a good time, great food and a beautiful resort.
5/5 • 25/1/2025Wonderful time for the whole family. Teens club was great for my 13 year old. He made lots of friends and even ate meals with the group. Brodi and Guillermo were awesome intructors and took great care of the kids along with being extremely friendly and motivating. Fot the adults we did yoga and fitness with Marie, who gave us the perfect dose of each and the dance teacher Eolisa was super too, both very friendly and motivating. Coutinho was also very inclusive and friendly on our mountain walk to the waterfall, archery, and dancing after the shows. Igor, from the kitchen staff made sure we got our dose of Lua Chiena cheese! don´t miss it! And Sabrina from the bar was very nice and an impresive dancer in almost every show. Andrea, the Chef du Village does a truly excellent job in making every clienthappy and motivated for activities. The food is fantastic and the gardens, pool, river and beach are amazing.

5/5 • 20/1/2025Amazing experience!!! Delicious food, multiple activities and very kind staff. Many thanks to MARIANA (hidroginástica), EMILIO (tennis class), VITORIA (alongamento), HENRIQUE (caiaque) and the baiano guy from bow and arrow that I forgot the name. They made our week even better!

Super toddler friendly
5/5 • 16/1/2025This location was amazing. Club med is always incredible, but it was the first time I came with a toddler and let me tell you how welcomed we felt.
The hotel has a baby space WITH BABY FORMULA (not only powder milk). My daughter (2yo) wanted to stay at the petit club for 3 days and they had everything, from sunscreen (50+) to fruits. There is a specific place for napping and it was really confortable.
Staff is something else, from bartenders, waitresses, cleaning staff and petit club monitors, all of them were amazing!
I never actually requested a crib or a bottle heater, but both were avaliable at our room from day one!
I do warn everyone about bugs, had to take some anti allergy at day 3 due to those horrible creatures that devoured my legs, ankles and arms.

Best staff at Rio das Pedras
5/5 • 8/1/2025We had a great time at the Club Med. We stayed at the Reserve, everything was luxury in there, the rooms had amazing views and every detail from the decoration to the toiletries was carefully chosen. The staff were super attentive and efficient.
Best GO, Mari from fitness, best waiters Andre and Marcos at Jangada restaurant. Best among bar staff at the Reserve, Thalita (chef) Mariah and Vanessa. Best masseuse at the spa, Elizabeth.
