A great week. Great atmosphere in spite of poor weather conditions
4/5 • 12/1/2025In spite of a week with poor weather conditions and a majority of Brazilian GM , we spent a great week with a special attention from many GO. The hotel is in a great location to ski , food was very good and service perfect . Special mention to the GOs : Emma for the Yoga sessions, Roberta and Lilie at the reception as well as Lou .

4/5 • 11/1/2025The week was very fun for me. I am an introvert so I tend to enjoy quiet activities however I felt very comfortable towards the outcome of the week to do various kinds of activities. The monitors Vincent, Helene and Mouck were very nice. Over all very cool experiences

Best way to ski!
5/5 • 11/1/2025The mix of ski in and ski out, great food, ski guide (or instructor depending on level) and great organisation lead to the best family ski experience possible. It also helps that you do not need to think about anything and you can just ski and relax.

Great location, poor service
4/5 • 8/1/2025Lots of eager staff but no actual follow up on any of the issues raised such as persistent smell in one of the bedrooms, disastrous transfer from airport to resort and room service. Despite logging the issues, no one followed up or offered any resolution. Staff seem lost and overwhelmed despite positive attitude.
Some other members of staff were excellent such as Manon, Igor and Cacahuète in the Mini Club. They made our children's stay magical.
