Turkoise Turks and Caicos

I have been to Turkoise several times, since I love the Club Med spirit and beautiful beach, but wanted to highlight the great energy and warmth of the GO's this trip. From Iara, who managed the Great Members program and made sure our trip was seamless with morning update texts containing the daily programming and securing our late checkout, to Land Sports GO Chava who had great workouts for aqua gym and morning walks.

We really enjoyed the company of Haby, Antonio, Marcello, Adrian, Manu, Blake, Francois, Jeronimo, Alex (Alejandra), Henrique, Penelope, Nati, Marianna, and Shaquelle for meals and in the evening on the dance floor. All were so friendly and fun! A special shoutout to DJ Dre who played fun music that got everyone on the dance floor!

The fireworks for both the Fourth of July and Canada Day were incredible with a champagne toast. I always love the fireworks here! We enjoyed the meals for both events, especially the Tomahawk steak. Thank you Hector and team!

We also enjoyed the addition of the Great Members lounge which provided us a cool place to grab a late night snack after the casino, as well as the Wall of Bracelets, which was a touching way to end the vacation based on a Brazilian tradition.

Thank you Acir and team for a wonderful trip - we can't wait to come back!

Best time ever!

1st time at club med and I wasn't sure what to expect. With in a very short time we started to understand the club med lifestyle and it's truly a cultur. 1st the beach in unbelievable with Windex water and white sand beaches. While the beach is amazing the staff is the friendliest bunch of people I've ever encountered at a resort. Always smiling and always offering to make your stay better. 2 staff member in particular stood out and became part of our family doing our stay. Vicky the lifeguard, who was our best friend at the pool and always made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. She's amazing and it was our pleasure to have her join us at our reserved table for dinner.
Royce who is one of the entertainers who joined us for lunch at sharkys and again was instantly a family member with a great attitude and amazing stories.
It's staff like this, that is the reason that my friends and I will book club med again.

We had an amazing stay at Club Med Turks & Caicos, and one of the highlights of our trip was meeting Vicky, one of the lifeguards. She was always warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making us feel comfortable and cared for every time we were at the pool.

Vicky’s positive attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm made our experience even more enjoyable. She was attentive, approachable, and always greeted us with a smile. It’s clear that she truly enjoys what she does, and her energy added so much to the relaxing atmosphere.

We came to club med with no expectations just to make memories, but than we met Vicky who made our Club Med experience even more memorable. She is an incredible lifeguard—friendly, attentive, and always greeted everyone with a warm smile. We had the pleasure of having dinner with her, and she was just as kind, fun, and genuine off the job as she was while working. Her positive energy and wonderful personality made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Vicky, for making our vacation so special, this is one of the main reasons Club med would see our return!!!
