We had a fantastic time with a group of 19! Drinks flowed well, meals were delicious, easy accessible sporting facilities - Lee was so helpful and visible to our active crew while others enjoyed the tranquility of the Zen pool. Attention to detail on food was exceptional with incredible outdoor venues each night. Huge shout out to the head chef who was incredibly responsive to the dietary requirements of our 6 GF people. He did a special order of ingredients to provide GF pizza, burgers and croissants and checked in every meal to ensure they were looked after.
Nightlife was energetic and inclusive with a great vibe for all ages. So many activities but also the choice to relax and chill out. We felt really well looked after with many personal touches and connections with the fabulous staff who just could not do enough for us.

My experience at club med Bali was spending my 3 meals a day with Head chef Ravin BALHOO. I didn’t have one bad meal from him from breakfast to dinner. His personality really made my day when I saw him with him even giving me his chef hat. I highly recommend going to club med Bali to try his excellent food.

All GOs got friends with me. They are very friendly and kind. And I felt they are my old friends.

Especially Clara tried to make me feel comfortable, speaking Korean language all the time during my stay. And I could learn French a little with her help. And Andrea is very funny. She has high level humor code.

And Miles and Jaden were like my brothers. Jaden's Korean language skill is great. he is almost Korean.

Ross has a beautiful smile.

And Victoria was also very friendly and taught me how to do exercise.

And U-mut at the bar is my brother. one of my family members.

I was very happy to meet and talk to many people including GOs from Indonesia, France, Turkey, Morocco, Japan, China, Taiwan, and others. And I had a chance to speak various languages.

Resort was very quiet due to the fire that had limited numbers . Unfortunately there were not many young teens for our 12 and 13 year old kids to hang with. It was however a wonderfully chilled experience. If you are relying on kids having endless social activity then would probably recommend you reconsider. Having said that, we had a great trip, the kids loved it and many of the GOs went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after. A special shout out to Lee, Zee, Jaka and Vitoria, amongst the many great staff.
