Lovely spring ski trip

This week long trip with our student son was out of school hols. 1500,800 people approx were the numbers the 2 weeks before. 300?? In our week. This will make a huge difference to whether you feel well looked after or not. I assume similar numbers of staff??
23-30 march pros: Local flights jet2 from stansted to Gva Transfer was fine after walking to T1 from T2 but with a friendly club med rep Excellent checkin and explanation of how this club med ran Ski hire staff very helpful setting bindings for old dad and young son both with knee issues. Boot change and locker not opening were dealt with rapidly and helpfully ESF was great - guiding with some technical points for 4-7 adults was ideal Food was exceptional. We’ve done quite a few summer club meds and a winter one and samoens was far better. Interactions with the chefs serving/finishing plates was really good so it was easy to get just what you liked. The house white was excellent (gaillac) and the skyline bar area with pool table and big tables for cards/games was quiet and friendly with fun bar staff and zero queue for food or drink. Confit duck/foie gras/veal/venison/seafood plus the bonus of some enhanced Chinese options (Chinese group im residence, club med aiming to cater well for them) were super. Pool was perfect temp for swimming. If you’re cold, swim?! Or go to the sauna/steam room / hot tub for a warm lounge about. Guests all seemed to be friendly and got along esp the ski lesson groups
Cons (picky): TV language selection was difficult, needed multiple resets, maybe due to poor Wi-Fi - we should have tried buying the 30€/ week upgrade really Ski area starts a bit low for spring skiing but above 2000m was fine Drunk guy really very abusive in the sauna (French language but didn’t think I spoke French) and was I think part of a day trip as I never saw him again - ugly bald man
Parfait de A a Z première expérience au club med et pas du tout déçu, prestation et ambiance au top ! Chambre parfaitement refaite tous les jours, restaurants avec énormément de choix et vue super ! Mention spéciale à Clément le bagagiste et Marine la GO
Accueil super les gens qui travailllent au club Med ont un grand cœur et sont très agréables . Très très bon séjour. Le personnel est accueillant il met à l’aise et réponde à toutes nos questions , il est bienveillant . Vraiment très belle expérience et très bonne équipe (Lara ,Emna. Achraf ,Jason. Philippe, Yuna, Sully, Louise, Mattheo, Maxence et encore plein d’autres des personnes formidables
Un très bon séjour au Club GM malgré quelques petits hics

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Club Med Grand Massif. Un immense merci à Jérome et Célia du petit Club ainsi qu'a Mithula du baby Club. Des GO en or qui se sont occupés de nos enfants avec beaucoup de soin et bienveillance. Le Club est très beau et offre un magnifique panorama sur la montagne. Chambre familiale très agréable et calme. Buffets variés et de grande qualité. Quelques hics à noter :
Les ascenseurs, toujours occupés et blindés (notamment par des personnes qui pourraient prendre les escaliers), nous nous sommes retrouvés à porter la poussette dans les escaliers de nombreuses fois.
Le retour ski à l'extérieur, qui est censé durer 1h30 mais toujours écourté. Quand nous arrivions vers 12h30, tout était déjà remballé.
Une très belle semaine passée dans ce Club. Il est très beau, j'ai adoré, un très joli design. J'ai rapidement pris mes repaires, tout est très bien disposé. Un grand et beau restaurant où nous y mangeons très bien. De belles rencontres GM, Louis, Deborha et Cédric. Une monitrice ESF Véro, très sympathique, très gentille, une belle joie vivre qui m'a offert une belle semaine de ski, j'ai progressé. Le domaine skiable est très vaste, un très beau paysage, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le Mont Blanc. Des belles rencontres Go, d'une grande gentillesse et une belle présence, Jonathan, Soledad, Manu, Pierre, et le meilleur de tous, c'est mon Thibault, Room Division Manager, une belle personne, très professionnelle, encore un très Grand Merci a toi Thibault, pour tout... Je vous dit peut-être a cet été pour une autre expérience...
