Starting February 3, 2025 , the heart of the Punta Cana Resort will undergo a major transformation to become even more welcoming and comfortable. This work will cause noise pollution, particularly around the Lagoon pool and the circus school.
However, all pools, activities, sports facilities and our superb beach will remain fully accessible so that you can continue to enjoy an unforgettable experience at Club Med Punta Cana.
The reception will be completely renovated to offer panoramic views of the ocean from its new lounge.

Samana Restaurant: will be completely renovated with inspiration from the Dominican jungle, it will have two large terraces for an outdoor lunch.
El Cielo Bar: located by the Lagoon pool, it will be completely renovated. It is the perfect place for your morning coffee or a tropical cocktail at aperitif time.
Coffee Shop: discover our brand new Coffee Shop and Snack bar which will offer drinks and treats all day long.
Please note that Samana Restaurant and Cielo Bar will be temporarily closed until September 15, 2025 .

From February 3 to June 15 , there will be significant disruption near the Resort center, Lagoon Pool and Circus School.
Key facilities, including Samana Restaurant and El Cielo Bar, will be temporarily closed, while the spa will be relocated.
Your experience remains our priority, our teams will do everything possible to ensure your maximum comfort throughout this renovation.
Between June 16 and September 15 , the second phase of renovation will have moderate impacts in the Lagoon Pool and Circus School areas. The Spa will reopen in its usual location.
On September 15, 2025 , we will be pleased to present the new version of Club Med Punta Cana.
Please note : Starting July 30, the final phase will cause more minimal disturbances, mainly at the back of the Resort .
